Return shipping

To return your product, first email us the request, we will then provide you with a return address and return authorisation number.

Returns can be arranged by your own courier, or we can arrange one for you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. If your refund is approved, and you’d like us to organise the courier, shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Cancellation of orders that have already been processed may incur return freight and restocking fees of $95.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are arranging shipping of an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. If we don’t receive your returned item, we cannot guarantee that we will refund or replace your purchase.
